CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

We are here to support your travel plans and your well-being

We appreciate your loyalty and the trust you place in us as your travel partner.

Understanding the ongoing and increased uncertainty that coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing around the world, our utmost priority is the health and wellbeing of our guests and employees. Keeping this in mind we want to update you on the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak.

Your health, safety and well-being is our utmost priority. We are closely monitoring developments around the world and are in continuous contact with Kenya Ministry of Health to ensure the actions we take are comprehensive and suitable.

We are in complete adherence to comprehensive health and safety procedures including all local laws. In addition, while as a hotel we are consistent with our own high standards, we follow the best practices and guidelines initiated by the Ministry of Health and have had our hotel team trained by doctors from the Ministry of Health  on additional COVID-19 cleanliness and other necessary precaution.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning public areas (including lobbies, elevators, door handles, and public bathrooms) and high-touch points in guest rooms.

  • Reception: Minimizing contact at check-in, front desk screens, sanitizer stations, sanitized key-cards.
  • Public Spaces and Facilities: Additional deep cleaning of high touch surfaces, best practices for pools and fitness centers.
  • Guest Room: Visible verification of sanitized items (e.g. glassware, remote control), reduction of in-room furnishings/high-touch items. COVID 19 precautionary stickers in the room.
  • Food & Beverage: While we ensure to maintain maximum hygiene during the food preparation and service, we continue to review norms in accordance with current food safety recommendations.

Whenever you are ready with your travel plans, our team eagerly awaits to welcome you.
